Pomoco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Newport News is proud to be named an FCA Customer First Award for Excellence inaugural 2016 award-winner. This is a huge accomplishment for our Chrysler dealership in Newport News, VA, as only dealers who go above and beyond to elevate customer satisfaction and place a deep focus on the sales and service experience were chosen. The Customer First Award for Excellence was created to recognize dealerships that continuously increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and service retention.
Of 2,600 eligible FCA US dealerships, only 124 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships nationwide earned this prestigious honor, including ours. These elite dealerships display excellence in customer sales and service every single day through five core "pillars" of success. The pillars are Facility, Customer Processes, Performance, Employee Survey and Training Certification. Many factors were taken into consideration when evaluating candidates, including the cleanliness and convenience of the facility, overall customer satisfaction, employee happiness and training programs for employees.
All in all, the goal of the Customer First program is to draw the dealers' focus to the customer experience and how it can be perfected for long-term success. Earning this award is an incredible honor for us, and even more so to be named amongst the first-ever recipients.
